This website is published by the following company, which is responsible for data processing:

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages: the information you choose to send us.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time), recorded by our hosting provider and by analytics tools.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and send you a quote.
• To follow up on our services (installation, maintenance, support).
• To protect the form against bots and abuse.
• To measure site traffic in order to improve it.

Third-party services used on this site

To work, this site relies on providers that may receive certain data, sometimes outside Switzerland (in particular in the United States):

• Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form against bots.
• Google Tag Manager and Google analytics tools: audience measurement.
• Google Maps: displays the location map in the footer.
• Google Fonts and online libraries (cdnjs, unpkg): the site's fonts and icons.
• Email delivery service: delivers form messages to our inbox.

These providers have their own privacy policies. Transfers abroad are made with the safeguards provided for by the FADP (for example standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

The site uses a cookie to remember the language you choose. The Google services listed above may also set cookies. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings; the site remains usable.

Retention period

Requests received through the form are kept for as long as needed to answer them and manage the business relationship. Accounting records are kept for the legal period of 10 years.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Simply write to info@h-wis.com: we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The site is fully encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
